Help with permissions, focus locks, notifications, purchases, and subscriptions.

Contact Support

If the steps below do not solve the problem, email us. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, LitLock version, what you expected to happen, and the steps that reproduce the issue. A screenshot is helpful when it does not contain information you prefer not to share.

Email LitLock Support

Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive information. Apple—not LitLock—handles App Store payment details.

Screen Time Access Was Denied

Open LitLock, go to Settings, and tap the Screen Time permission control to request access again. If iOS does not show the prompt, check Screen Time access in the iOS Settings app, then fully close and reopen LitLock. Some focus-lock and usage-display features cannot work without this permission.

A Lock or Schedule Is Not Working

LitLock uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks, so system behavior and permission changes can affect when restrictions start or end.

Screen Time Usage Is Empty

Confirm that Screen Time access is allowed, use your device normally for a while, and reopen LitLock. Usage information is prepared by iOS on the device and may not appear immediately after permission is granted or changed.

Notifications Are Not Arriving

In the iOS Settings app, open the notification settings for LitLock and make sure notifications are allowed. Then open LitLock Settings and confirm that Lock Alerts are enabled. LitLock schedules reminders locally; it does not use a remote push-notification server.

Restore a Purchase

Sign in to the same Apple account used for the original purchase. Open the LitLock paywall and tap Restore Purchases. If the entitlement still does not appear, restart the app and try once more before contacting support.

When contacting us about a purchase, include the product type and approximate transaction date. Do not send complete payment-card details.

Manage or Cancel a Subscription

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. Follow Apple's instructions to view or cancel a subscription. Deleting LitLock does not cancel an active subscription. After cancellation, paid access normally remains available until the current billing period ends.

Request a Refund

Apple controls App Store billing and refund decisions. Submit a request through Apple's Report a Problem website. LitLock cannot issue an App Store refund directly.

Schedules or History Disappeared

LitLock does not currently provide an account or cloud sync. Schedules, session history, statistics, goals, selections, and preferences are stored locally. Deleting or reinstalling LitLock, resetting the device, changing devices, or losing local app data may remove them permanently. Eligible purchases can still be restored with the same Apple account.

Delete Your Data

You can remove LitLock's locally stored data by deleting the app from your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. If you emailed support and want us to delete information from that conversation, email litlock.email@gmail.com from the same address and identify the message. See the Privacy Policy for details.
